Separate crossbow area?

Is it possible to separate the crossbow threads from the compound archery threads? Nothing at all against crossbows or compounds. The two types are drastically different in application. Items/discussions for one do not translate to the other discipline. Traditional archery is broken out, why not crossbows? Just a thought for the Admins.

Should be completely separate season let alone a separate forum. If it has a scope a stock a trigger and a saftey it’s not a bow....period.
It is certainly a bow and primitive (just modernized) just like all bows have been. They've been around since 7 th century BC. A separate forum is fine with me but is still a stick and string weapon
