I am having issues getting it setup and can't get in touch with customer service there. Would greatly appreciate some help with set-up if anyone else has one and can walk me threw it.

Wish i could help, i had the same problem. Had to return them, which was a nightmare all the same. Bought a couple of RidgeTecs from Anthony and never looked back.
