It has always been my understanding to be unlawful to kill and leave any game animals as far as pigs go I'm not sure but I would think the same would apply.

There are no want and waste laws in the state of Georgia regarding pigs since they are an invasive species and a non-game animal. Thus, you can kill and leave all the swine you please!
For me, the upside to pig hunting is that there are more pigs than any other big game animal in the mountains, and they provide me more sporting opportunities than deer do. I simply just see way more hogs than deer.
