Great material for sure. It's the only ebony species that grows in the Americas. I've used plenty and still have a good supply. It seems to be a favorite of powder post borers and other borers here in the SE so keep secure from them.
Yes, be better to stabilize for handle material (also slightly darkens the wood, which is an enhancement as well).
Nice of you to offer some up, I just don't need anymore handle material.

Not really found any that needs stabilizing.....its solid, its plenty hard for pot calls. I have a chamber and pump and do stabilizing.
