Great short word of encouragement ...
Today’s Question: Why do I not hear or feel God’s answer or direction when I pray? I know He is within me and know He isn’t distant, but there is not even a peaceful “knowing” of His guidance. Why can’t I seem to get answers from my prayers?
Answer to Consider: You may be looking for Him to tell you “what to do.” But His desire is greater than you just blindly following orders. He wants you to learn who you really are in Him, to live from the heart, to be yourself, and to learn and grow in true maturity, not in robotic obedience to random messages about “what to do.” He wants you to discover you’re united with Jesus and compatible with Jesus and then live from your righteous passions and desires.
