Stagger Steps?

Anyone use these before; if so were you pleased with them and how did they compare to using other methods for climbing trees on the go?
I just ordered a set of 4 for $41 (special price)from Rural King on-line.

I had the “ Rapid rails”, which I believe was the original design. Mine were made of aluminum instead of steel. I really liked them. Just keep a good check on the straps, my buddy had one to break from rot. His fault. There a lot better than sticks in my opinion.

I too had used the "rapid rails" original design. Once the strap sets they are solid and did allow you to work your way around the tree when branches prevented a straight up the tree rail system.
