Stealth Cam Question

I’m kind of new to trail cameras. I purchased a few stealth cam brow tine series cameras, as well as the stealth cam card reader shown below. I’m almost positive I set up the date and time correctly, but the last two cards I have pulled from two different cameras do not show any date or time stamp at the bottom of the images. I always run these cameras in video mode, and have been very happy with the quality of the videos. Not sure if it’s operator error, or if I have an issue with the camera, or the card reader, but hoping one of you pros can give me some pointers.

Some stealth cams give the option to display or hide date and time, if I'm remembering correctly some models don't exactly spell that out and it's a weird number or letter, that's easy to bump on or off by accident. I've almost went exclusively to stealthcam cell cams and there's an option on their ap to turn it on and off also, hope this helps.
