Still everday carryin' the 19X, and dug up a bone for old times' sake...

Just for giggles, I dug out my old off duty, and plain clothes rig, for the 19X...

A Bowen Buckle Knife and belt, and Don Hume H717. Have not used these in a little over 20 years, but guess what...



The old school stuff is still just as good as it ever was. All they needed was a little mink oil, and some scrubbin'.

Wears like an old friend, too.

Sometimes the old school stuff works better than the newer stuff.
Every now and then, I carry my S&W 39-2 in my 45 year old Bianchi. Haven't found anything modern that works better.
