Well I usually take about 5 of these trays with me while fishing. I keep them in a zippered bag but hate going in and out of it to get tackle, so I wanted to be able to keep them under the seat of the 119. In the case of a rollover the heaviest one with hooks and weights will float in the tub if closed, but will sink like a rock if water gets in it. So I had a little foam left over from another project that I cut to fit in the top slot. Even with the tray completly filled with water it will float to the top and save all my gear. With the price of tackle and gear I could not afford to replace my gear quickly.
