So far in 2023 we are 11 days into a 47 day season (youth weekend included). As of 04/10/23 at 10:50 AM there have been 5,945 turkeys killed. This is a average of 540 per day and puts us on pace for 25,401 turkeys killed in 2023.

So far we are off to a quicker overall start than 2022 when it comes down to turkeys killed per days hunted. With the abundance of two year old's in the woods this year compared to previous years, I was expecting a noticeable jump to start the season

We will see how everything plays out the remainder of the year.

That is April 1

There were 337 turkeys killed on April 8th which includes public and private

The results don’t seem to be real time anymore. I know of 3 turkeys tagged on a wma yesterday and it’s not showing anything killed since 4/12.
