From Texas here, bow-hunter, although it’s been a while.

I’ve been making Irish & Scottish bagpipes, flutes, whistles, and concertinas for 20+ years full-time. Bagpipe chanters are designed quite similar to trumpet calls so I decided to start making calls this year using my experience making woodwind musical instruments. Hunters were coming to me for Cocuswood blanks to have calls made and I was encouraged to try my hand at making them. Anyways, I figured I should join the forums and get to know some of y’all.
