Thankful - surgery a success

I came home this past Thurs from a 10 day hospitalization. Thankful, grateful.
Here's the skinny,
I had a colon bleed with blood loss to the brink of death, then in ICU there was some time before discovery... but successful surgery/resection on Sunday did finally end the bleeding. I had incredible professional care from a whole team of skilled doctors, nurses and surgeon.
Let me never forget .... wow,
The love, support and peace passing all my earthly understanding which made the tuff, often painful journey a time of healing and grace.

Will likely be taking a break for a while. Recovery has begun well and within His love and amazing grace I'm certain it will continue. Bless you good folks for prayers to that end.

Same colon bleed last August and was so bad hospital could not get blood in as fast as it was coming out. One procedure slowed a bit but had to open and remove a little over 10 feet of my colon. Just now getting back my strength. Lots of prayers made the difference.
