Chicken sandwiches after duck hunting today

Fake Grouper, squash casserole, prime rib, shrimp n grits, steamed veggies ……head home tomorrow. Last road show of the year until December……hunting time now!!

Went and got a load of bread and some stuff to make some beaks for our teams in Augusta today.
Was able to slide in to Rabbittown Cafe just before closing though…

Monday supper. Pan fried steak and vegetables, tots, corn, and salad


Tuesday supper was a batch of Nics chili from the freezer.

Last nights attempt. Frizen egg plant parmesan that was less than stellar but cheese biscuits and butterflied shrimp were good.

Seared duck breast with a kinda-sorta Japanese BBQ sauce glaze, rice, brocolli, kimchi.

Pounded chicken breast with balsamic glaze, smothered in mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and basil over mashed potatoes because I needed a change of starches.
