A Light came from Heaven
A Light for every man
To show Him the way
A place at God's right hand
But men loved darkness
And from the light they ran
Their sin they try to cover
With works of mortal man

Come the judgement day
The true Light will reveal
The hidden works of clay
But God is rich in mercy
Who would have all men saved
If only they will come
To Christ the Light that saves
So want you trust in Christ
Who died for all our sins
Who's risen from the dead
A Light to those who live.
