Yesterday I stopped by the realestate office going to look at a piece of property. My agent buddy had a problem. They had a key stuck in one of those combination box thing and couldn't open it. I managed to persuade it to open for him to get the key out but then the lock wouldn't work.

Pretty simple device, but I disassembled it ignoring the tape across the screws that said "Warranty Voided if screws removed." A good cleaning, some Rem Oil and it's good as new.
