My wife requested some charcoal grilled thighs last night so I had to dust off the old yardsale weber that I bought a while back. First time using this one and it drove just like it should. Chicken was marinated in vegetable oil, cider vinegar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika before gettingbs going on the grill. Also throwed a foil wrapped onion on there for good measure. She sautéed some asparagus with parmesean and we called it supper.
