This is one bad spider!

Checking milkweed plants for monarch caterpillars and found this. Don’t know what kind of spider it is but it has my respect! Can anyone identify it? And in the picture is a monarch caterpillar, so that’s a good thing!

I grew some sunflowers and had one on it. It pretty regularly had a bee or some other insect it was holding on to tightly.
