Anyone used the new boat launch dock at Tidwell? It was placed extremely high for such a high traffic area. Batters the heck outta your boat and causes risk to anyone holding on to the dock. Starting to see smaller boats Beach in the adjacent cove, back the trailer down the ramp then boat all the way around to trailer the boat. This takes forever and causes a pretty good wait on a busy day. Talked with a few other boaters that have had issues as well.
I reached out to the Corp who thanked me but referred me to another branch that thanked me that sent my email to another branch?.
Just wondering what yalls thoughts were that have used this dock. Seems like a matter of time until someone gets a limb smashed up between the boat and high dock. The 4th should be fun to watch
