Too many mater sandwiches.........

I have been told I am eating too many tomato sandwiches. OK so I added a 1/4 inch slice of venison salami to mater, vadalia onion sandwich...........GOOD.

That, lots of mayo, salt, plenty of black pepper.. Man o' man!

Even better is a hot cathead biscuit with slice of mater and bacon on it!

That is my breakfast right there. Alternate days with sausage though. Cook the sausage and bacon some night and warm them up and add to the biscuit in the morning along with the fresh home-grown tomato slice. Add a little mayo and mustard. Will get your day going just right. I actually learned how to make those biscuits from scratch just because I like that so much. Now, I get those frozen ones from Wal-mart every once in a while.

Mater Sandwiches

Only way to improve upon a mater sandwich is to add crumbled bits of fried salted streak o' lean bacon (not breakfast bacon), then slice very thin slices off of a sweet banana pepper and add to the sandwich. You will be amazed.
