I like their data it’s on the hot side. But I’m working offf an older printing I think.
I believe their data comes from published data from the powder and bullet manufacturers. They just compile it in one book.

Read the reloading thread here. Lots of wisdom in there from guys like jester, Briarpatch, darkhorse etc they been doing it a long time and always willing to help a guy step his game up.
I can give that an amen. The folks here have been great to reference when one has a question. We’ve archived the threads in the sticky notes. Don’t even have to search for them

How do you access these sticky notes?

Look at the top of the Fire Arms, Reloading and scopes form and you will see the sticky notes that anyone can access. Here’s a link to the thread index.

I must be going blind because I can't see anything relating to sticky notes at the top of the firearms and reloading form.

Click on “Did you reload anything today” at the top of that list dated June 26. That will open up to a list of threads, click on any one of them and you will get a 1,000 post thread of info. Their cataloged in date order they were posted in the forum originally.

I don't reload as much as I used to, but with several different calibers I often got confused at what stage I was at with each piece of brass.

I came up with a system where I kept each group of brass in a plastic bag. Also in that bag was a checklist of what steps had been completed. That way I knew exactly what had already been completed on the brass, and what step came next.

This is my best tip for beginners, and maybe some of us old farts that have CRS disease!

Likely so. Also know manufacturers do routinely lower their data from what is previously published. The good thing is the historical data does help to find the safety limit in some calibers. I will say I like that Lee had load data for a full power wad cutter in 38. Which no one really seems to use much anymore. Just one of those experiments I had playing around in my head for years and finally got time to do some testing.
