Tournament question

So you have to be in a club to fish in the tournaments on Lanier? Or can you just show up and fish

Depends on if it is a club sanctioned tournament. Most of your "Pot" tournaments are just anglers getting together and throwing their money in the pot. If it is a club sanctioned tournament, you'll usually have to pay that club's annual dues (one time fee) and the entry fee for said tournament. Of course any ABA, BFL, NBAA, etc. event will require a membership to that particular organization.
