I have never asked anyone if a buck is big enough to shoot unless I was joking around. Have I made mistakes and regretted it sure. I have thought trying CPR a time or two but it made me better at judging next time. I have seen grown men kill deer and ride around showing it off. There is no way I would have and seriously not carry it to a processor. (Embarrassing). I have also seen guys let bucks go that no way would I have. With all that being said each person has to decide what they want to kill.
