Slicing up a couple of breasts today. Hoping it turns out good. Still had 7 breasts in the freezer from last year, so we are trying something new to make room for 2023 turkeys.

IF I ever make turkey jerky again, I won’t use that seasoning. It’s too salty for my liking. My wife likes it, but I’ll likely stick to smoking and frying them. 0920749B-2317-43DA-82F9-334A2B8C5F4A.jpeg

I can't help it though I love gbbler strips fried fried fried!!!
In peanut oil then add butter n buffalo sauce!!!

I do my big gobblers in Jerky, smoked on a cheap smoker, apple wood, homemade marinade
