We planted 144 cabbage, lettuce, etc. after work before the rains set in. Was grateful to have some brats frozen for an easy supper. I think we made about 30 lbs last month when we made kielbasa.

I bought me a new toy to tinker with. Not fancy but neither am I and it has been doing well so far. Threw in a few chicken thighs and when they were done, built a few smoked chicken flatbreads with jalapeño and pickled red onion. Definitely different and pretty dang good.
This puts me at four grills and two smokers. There are worse hobbies to have, I guess.

Had a char broil off set cooker. Used all the time. If I hadn't been given a large BGE I would probably have another off set.

My daughter dubbed this a taco bake….Basically a Mexican rice casserole with taco meat! Pretty tasty!
