leftovers here tonight. the rack of St. Louis ribs From the other night. Still tasty.

Caught these seatrout Sunday morning. Got home from work and the Nurse had fried em up with some okre, jalapenos, green tomatoes, and squash.

Some mighty fine looking food for a Tuesday night on here!!

I did a little Asian twist on some grouper and the rest of my friends mushrooms.Grilled the grouper after coating it up with sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce and such. Sauteed the shrooms with scallions, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce. The sauce is ginger, scallions, garlic, red jalapeños, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, a touch of rice vinegar all sweated down with a little chicken stock. Thickened it up with a little corn starch slurry.
