Unusual condiments, spices,& sauces?

@Dub ,, get you an orange or tangerine and lightly sprinkle some Tajin over a slice and try it. It's pretty good.

Let me know how that brand taco sauce works out

I haven't tried it on much fruit other than cantaloupe and watermelon.

Somewhat related it saladitos, dried salted plums stuffed in an orange.

I love Jezebel sauce for fried deer steak and just about anything else really.
1 16 oz jar of apple jelly
1 16 oz jar of pineapple preserves
1/2 cup prepared horseradish
3 tblspns dry mustard
2 tsp course black pepper
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and keep in the fridge.

Definitely sounds good,,,,wonder if you could use fresh horseradish,,,,my buddy grows it,,,,

Sure you could, but I'd add it a little at a time since the fresh stuff is more potent.
