If you look Chuck Sims voting record ... you'd see he has never been a strong supporter of gun rights ...

I like Chuck as a person ... known him most of my life... he comes from a fine family... but he does not do well with gun rights ... he is getting "bombed" pretty heavy on the local Facebook page also... he is a lame "duck" as he know he is gone anyway ...

My dear friends,

Antis are slamming Senate committee with calls and emails to destroy this bill.

Please call and email the Senate committee if you have not done yet.

Thanks a lot

I would not worry about replies at this point. they are being bombarded by calls, faxes, emails and letters, both for and against. They can't possibly respond to all of them. I assure you that yours is counted. They keep a tally of all pro/against responses. THAT'S what they look at. Make sure our stack is higher than the anti's

What is the deadline to get this thing voted on by the Senate?

I'm not sure how many days left till sine die but there is still time.

Last year we did not have NRA and Georgia Baptist Convention with us to help, this year NRA and Georgia Baptist Convention supporting this bill, also collage carry was the issue last year's bill to fail, which is not included this bill.

There are number of "Anti Gun Control Organization" (both GA based and national) are contacting Senators, Lt. Governor and Governor and telling them to kill HB 875.

Next few weeks will be very crucial.
