Utica 3375 2 piece Fiberglass 10' Surf Fishing Rod made in USA

Does anyone know anything about this rod? They are no longer made and cannot find any information on it. I did see some info on fly rods they made but not surf rods. Thinking it is about 30-50 years old. If in good condition, what would you pay for one? Note I swore off carbon rods as I keep breaking the tip so looking for a good used surf casting fiberglass or an Ugly Stick. I am a beginner in surf fishing so doubt I can tell what is a good rod or bad one. I just want to make sure I am getting a fair value. Thanks in advance.
