Veterans boat ramp on Lake Blackshear

I have just recently moved back to GA and am looking forward to fishing Lake Blackshear. I see many recommending the ramp at Veterans park boat ramp. The website for Veterans Park says it opens at 7am. Does this apply to the boat ramp or is it accessible 24hrs? Thanks for any info.

24 hours and there is also a ramp before the mega ramp that’s in the creek
