VPA hunting

Forgive me if this is an easily answered question. What regs do you use for VPA land? I have 3 different WMA tracts near me and each of them have their own seasons or split seasons, but I cannot find anything on the VPA. Any ideas?

It is a piece of land that is privately owned but the owners give permission to the state to use their land as WMA land. They get so much money per acre of land they lease for the year.
