Wednesday Night Supper! What Y'all Having?

Working on some French onion and Portobello mushroom soup. Already sautéd, foxing to add seasoning and bone marrow broth.

Got sourdough drying out a getting crusty so I can sop with it and some Swiss melted on top of the bowl.

Had some corn that needed cooking so I'm having that too..ed

Those mushrooms and onions look way too good to boil up into soup.

That French Onion soup looks excellent. Whenever Im at a restaraunt that has it, I'll get a bowl. That ^ looks way better.

Easy chicken noodle casserole the way I made it … aside from the noodles, all can stuff mixed Together , And a little cheese
