What’s eating my Lima sprouts

Something is eating my sprouts just as they are breaking ground. They nibble on the sprout and stem if they get that big. Any ideas , cutworms maybe. I’ve dusted with sevin and replant but they keep getting them. Limas and butter peas my green beans are fine one row over??

Have you seen rabbit tracks or droppings?

Go out a couple hours after dark. If its bugs you will be able to see em out feeding.

Sometimes i have issues with pill bugs (rollie pollies) eating my tiny seedlings.
