What’s your favorite waterproofing spray for pop ups?

Greetings all,

I noticed a few drips in my pop up last weekend and was wondering what everyone’s favorite waterproof spray was? I’ve looked at kiwi camp dry and 303 fabric guard. I’d like to hear opinions on those or other options.

Thanks

It might do better to seal the seams with one of those roll-on seam sealers.
Back in the day I sprayed our old canvas Starcraft with Thompson's water seal. It used to have canvas listed on the can. I think they took canvas off the can and perhaps changed the product ingredients.

I'm not sure I'd use Thompson's on a newer camper. The only thing about those aerosol cans is it would probably take about 4 cans. I'd make sure there was no wind. The 303 gets good reviews.

Some people feel like silicone products don't do much to waterproof. I've used Nikwax products before but not this particular one. You might check to see what the camper company recommends.

If I was going to use the Nikwax, I'd buy the larger concentrate packet above, mix it with water, and spray it on with a pump up sprayer.
That is what I used with the Thompson's Water Seal when I did my camper back in the 90's.
This water based stuff would have been so much easier. Kind of like latex vs oil based paint. Might have enough left to spray a tent or awning.
Again, I've only used their clothing and show products which work well.

Thanks all for your input. I’m leaning toward the 303 but I like to see other options in case I’m not happy with the results.
