What changed with pic posting format ?

Pic format that I've used to post here are now giving error message upon upload attempt. "Pic too large"

I tested same "too large" pics on other forums to see if it was something related to my lasted laptop OS update. They posted fine everywhere else.

PICTURE SIZE ...... All photos should have a MAXIMUM size of 1000W x 1000H

But I don't think that has changed recently.

I mostly will do a phone print screen and crop the pic to make it a real small file size.

Dub, if you have Windows 11 try copying your photo directly from your files then paste it where you want it. It works with mine. It's worth trying.

You can even drag and drop them now. I haven't had to save a picture or gif file in a couple years.

But I don't think that has changed recently.

The current file size limit is 10,240KB. Any picture file larger than that will be rejected.
