What do y'all like to do with cubed venison?

I got a lot more cube meat from the processor than I usually do. Now fried deer cube steak is one of my absolute favorites, but I'm going to have to change it up at some point. I've grilled cube steaks before but they were just ok. If anyone knows what to do with em it's y'all, so how do you like to fix your cubed venison?

Slice it in thin strips, wrap in half slice of bacon with sliver of jap. pepper and bake/grill till bacon is done...shake on rub/spice and/or marinate if you like...
Put cheese in there, too.

Venison cubed steak with gravy and biscuits are tasty for breakfast.

Slice it up into small slices and make deer burritos out of it. Throw in some peppers & onions, cheese, even a little rice. Whatever you want in there. I’ll make a few at a time to freeze up. Take them out and let them thaw, pop in the microwave for a couple minutes and it’s just as good.

I've sliced it up and thrown it into stir fry. Also sliced and used in tacos.

Like everybody else it's hard to beat with biscuits and gravy but I love grilled too. Grilling be very careful not to overcook and get it dried out. Since it's been cubed/tenderized will be good in anything. Fajitas, pepper steak, deer nuggets, etc.
