Whitewater and Paces Mill are the main DH spots assuming you are talking about Atlanta. I am not sure when they are stocked though. I thought it was in November.
Whitewater is stocked during the DH season, but not as often as Paces. The DNR will send out a notice beforehand for volunteers to bring buckets to help spread out the fish.
