I've had lengua tacos a couple times. THey were pretty good. Don't know that I'd attempt them myself.

Well,,, it's that time,,,, they officially taste good!!Salt, pepper, cumin, ancho chili powder and some hickory smoke. Smoked lengua is goooooood!!

I have one rule! I do NOT eat anything that can taste me or see me. That is why I lived off Granola Bars for 5 days while in China!

Like my bean thread and NCH, I tried my best, I really did. Trigger finger was a itchin'. I just couldn't do it.
