Whos hair is this?

Sorry for the poor quality. I found this hair on the bark leading into what I thought was a bear den

Looks like a bear has found a dead deer. They tend to be messy eaters and get whatever the food of the day is all over them.

Theres a good chance that hair is from a bear. It may be a rub tree I would do like nthga said and put a camera on it. Hair wont stay on bark long so that's fresh.

Yikes! Two of my kids have the flu right now. Better take a few days off and recover. We were supposed to go back up to the Blairsville after Christmas. Not sure if we are going in time for me to make the last hunt now though.
