Wood filler??

What's the best wood filler for outdoor use? Would like one that's color won't stand out so bad if you go clear or semi transparent on the sealer/stain Thanks

Deck boards, some knots kinda look like you drilled a hole in them, other places have a bigger spot to patch.

Yep...just mixed up a batch yesterday for a project I am working on. The nice thing about going this route is the patch will take stain or sealer the same way the surrounding area does.

This is the best I've found. It's a 2 part epoxy. I use it to repair small fissures around bottom of door frame. Never tried staining it though....always painted after sanding flush.

Minwax wood filler is an excellent product. Stain matching may not be optimal. I haven’t played with the glue and sawdust idea but sounds like a good option.
