We are small, family-owned business that manages lakes and ponds primarily in the metro Atlanta area. We are looking to add a few “lake technicians” to our team!
The ideal candidate would enjoy working with others outdoors and have an interest in aquatic environments. We maintain the general aesthetics and functionality of lakes/ponds for our customers. The majority of our customers/working environments include; residential properties, commercial properties, golf course and private properties.
Experience in the aquatic field is not required! General daily scope includes (but not limited to) the following: vegetation maintenance, fountain/aerator maintenance, litter removal, outlet/standpipe maintenance, etc. Starting pay will range from $14 - $18 depending on experience and qualifications. There are opportunities for upward mobility within the company based on performance and dedication.
Ideal qualifications would include (most of these are NOT required):
1 - Education/experience in vegetation control
2 - Experience in watercraft operation
3 - High School Diploma
4 - Can swim (required)
5 - Valid driver’s license
6 - Clean driving record
7 - Can perform hours of physical labor each day
8 - Holds a commercial pesticide applicators license
9 - Can lift 50 plus lbs
After a 90 introductory period from starting date, you would become eligible for full benefits including: paid time off, insurance(health/dental/vision/etc.,) mobile phone stipend, retirement programs, etc.
