the season is almost over and i finally found big tom's strut zone. had two gobblers strutting in a clearcut for two hours putting on a show this morning. every time i made a call they would move in the opposite direction.finally common sense kicked in ! let's try nothing and see what happens. i'm lucky and blessed that they walked in my direction. at thirty yards the biggest and loudest tom met a load of #5. learned alot from the forum. thanks!!!
