I have been wanting to try flyfishing again. Did it a little when I was younger. Man have times changed!!

After doing lots of research and reading I finally picked me up a new rod and reel today. Since I mostly fish the rivers for shoal bass I decided to start with a rig for that. I now have a Sage Z axis 7 wt rod and a Nautilus CF titanium reel.

I realize this is just a start. Now I need a trout rod, a brim rod, an inshore rod and a heavy salt rod. Oh well I needed a new hobbie!

My bud fishes a Z 6 wt. I don't believe you'll have much proplem fishing the 7 on most bigger trout water! Those rods are so light and responsive. Todays 7 Zaxis, is about like yesteryears 4 wt. But, a man can't have too many rods can he?:bounce:
