Went with a three guys I know to a private land hunt in the Savannah area this mornin before work. Had my limit pretty quick as did the other guys I was with. Had to sit there and try to convince my boy Ace not to chase after the woodies that were buzzing our heads and landing on the water in front of us once I had my three birds. 
It was an all together great hunt. 4 hunter..12 woodies down with a couple of teal seen. I also had a group of Canadian geese come by me just a little out of range
. Ive never seen geese before while hunting so it was a good bonus just seeing em. Ace picked up all 3 of my birds which brings his season total to 6 pickups
All the fears he had about heading out into the deep water without me are completely gone. It tooks about 2 weeks working with him and now and all he wants to do is pickup dead waterfowl.
