Smoked Summer Sausage

I live and hunt about 30 miles South of Atlanta. There are lots of good processors, but I can't find anyone who makes summer sausage. Does anyone know of a processor in the area that will make vension stick summer sausage?

Good lookin rig and sausage ya got there Perry Hayes.I know the finish product has got to be some kinda good.

Try Prescotts

in LaGrange - 3056 New Franklin Road - 882.7997. They make all kind of sausage including summer. Very good stuff.
