dues are 1450 for the year and that is year around access to the property. the property contains a nice fishing lake that members have access to. we do not have any hogs. There are some ducks but we really have not had anyone go after them.
A fairly nice creek runs thru a large part of the property and there are some swampy areas that do hold wood ducks.
