Talbot Hunting Lease looking for 2-3 members, 6 total
$1200 per member
515 acres near Junction City, GA
284 acres of 12 year old pines, 230 acres of 17 year old pines, several hardwood drains
2 bucks, 4 pts on one side AND 15” spread, 2nd buck must be bigger than the 1st
$250 penalty fee
If you’re looking for 150” + this probably isn’t the lease for you, 110”-130” are usually killed yearly
Guest must hunt with member for bucks and buck counts towards member limit
Entire property is open to hunting, no claimed stands
Several small food plots, 10-12 feeders, split cost of corn and food plots
Tractor work is a huge plus
Not looking for the first money, looking for good members
Going to leave it open for a few days
