Shot her this morning at around 9 feeding on the whiteoaks, kinda wierd story, I had to shoot her twice, I was trying some new expandables and the first shot the blades didnt open up so I got zero penetration, it was a mortal wound but she wasnt dying any time soon, when I got down I found her layed up about 75 yards away and eased up to about 20 yards or so from her and when she stood up I double lunged her with the finish shot, complete pass through, and got both arrows back un-hurt, needless to say I am buying my original broadheads today so this wont happen again!! I shot her first with a Black Mamba made by SpinTite, didnt open on impact, then finished with the Crimson Cuda which hasnt let me down yet!!
