Anybody shooting fish this time of year?

I wasn't lucky enough to get drawn for a gator tag this year, but I can't bring myself to hang up my fishin bow. Anybody shooting fish this time of year? Yall think it would be worth my while to head to Guntersville this weekend, or hold off until the spring?

I imagine everything is pretty muddy right now. Havent been since bowseason started. Probably wont go again until January.

Like Blake said, the water is muddy now and will be for at least a couple of week. But, in the past I've done very well shooting fish in the fall. You see more catfish in shallower water. Another advantage is it gets dark earlier, so you can start at sunset, shoot 4-5 hrs and still be home before midnight.
