Yes i agree he is doing this in multiple countiesas well,with a little foot work farmers are willing to lease their farms without the 3rd party cost thanks and good luck to those that are paying those prices.

25 bucks an acre is steep... no matter where you are or how prime the property is. His right to lease it if there's people who are willing to pay it... free market. Personally, I'll look for the cheaper route to hunt in KY.

making a mint taking OUR money and putting it in THEIR pockets, not the farmers/landowners pockets-and driving up the price so we have to pay outrageous prices to stay in the game.
they do the same thing with land for sale----- find a prime county and buy it up , double the going rate and sell it to big wigs . then little guys like us cant find 1000-1500$ an acre , prime hunting in ky cause they bought it all and raised the price. county im in in Ky , you could find all the land you wanted for 700$ an acre 7 yrs ago, but now these HUNTING PROPERTY SPECIALISTS have it where nothings going for less than 2500$ unless its bottom of the barrell. seen some prime spots now list for 3300$--crazy , but i do see this kind of operation as detrimental to the blue collar guys.
