This morning starts my 9 day vacation. I am starting in Macon county GA and will hunt here through Monday morning. Monday midday my buddy (northganoodling) and I are packing the truck and headed north to Kentucky, and picking up another buddy on the way. We will hunt up there till Friday and then I'm splitting off and catching a ride to Illinois to hunt the weekend shot gun season. Follow along as we will all hopefully put some bone on the ground. Just unloaded my gun on a group of hogs and before my barrel cooled down another decent 8 walked right under my stand.

Just seen a 6 pushing 3 does...and another yearling doe with a spike just passed through.... in a small set of hardwoods between two large blocks of pines

Have seen a total if 17 so far...6 bucks all chasin... biggest was a 3 1/2 year old 8...
